After only being shipped 1 item out of 4 that I ordered, I reached out to CS, and they were extremely helpful on supplying me an alternative item to replace all 4 that I had paid for. While the price is nice you really do get what you pay for, all the jewelry I bought broke within days of using it. One even broke before I got it in. I am disappointed because I do love body candy.
