I've been using bodycandy for years and have been very satisfied with their products. I recently had an issue where a piercing just would not unscrew making it completely unusable. I emailed the company describing my issue and within seconds they shipped out a replacement without charging. To say the least I was very shocked and very impressed. I only used 2 of the items I bought so far, one turned colors on me and green on the bottom. The rest of them seem good. I got a free gift, nipple rings even though my nipple aren't pierced anymore it was nice

I love the nose ring, but there was just one issue. I ordered a 18 gauge which was what was already in my nose. Upon taking this piece to have it put it we discovered that was 16 gauge. The piercer had to use a 14 gauge needle to feed the ring into my nose and widen the hole for it fit.

Didn't come with o rings and I ordered these to stretch from 2 to 0 but these are more like a 2 because they go all the way through yet doesn't stretch enough for my size 0 plugs to fit
