Great customer service but the order took about 2.5 weeks to arrive and that's when I notified an item I ordered was out of stock, the one I wanted most :( could have notified sooner and returned the payment for that but I was given store credit I guess

I'm not blaming the customer service team by any means, but I am hoping the protocol can be tweaked a bit. Especially the tracking info: for some reason the number assigned to my order always brought up an error message, like it was incorrect.

Overall a pretty fun website to explore. Not a huge selection of metals for people with allergies/sensitivities (my lobes don't tolerate stainless and surgical steel), so beware of that. I only wear jewellery from here in my healed piercings. Also lacking a bit in 10mm labret piercings unfortunately. However, a large selection of cute, kitschy and themed jewellery! Love buying fun pieces from here. Never had issues with any of my orders, and having paid for VIP processing before, it doesn't make much of a difference for international orders in my opinion.
