Fast, quick and easy checkout process. Items came fast and were all great quality. Package came in great shape.
My first order from them was a pair of opal plugs and a lip ring. The plugs came in great condition and I fell in love with them; but I didn't even receive the lip ring. Instead of a lip ring, I got a belly button ring. I wouldn't have been upset about this, but I don't even have my belly button pierced.
The second order I tried to cancel, but they don't have a cancel button. And this order they completely messed up on. Every single item in the parcel wasn't one I'd ordered.
The third and final order they surprisingly got correct, but I'd only ordered it to shove everything from the second order into it to return to them seeing as they didn't provide me with a return to sender sticker.
All three orders also took over 3 weeks to ship even when they said it would only take 2-3 days, a week at max. This company is complete bs.
I do not recommend buying from hem at all unless you want incorrect orders.
