I ordered a regular nipple barbell a while back after my ball popped off in the shower. Not only did it look EXACTLY the same as my other ones, but the quality is good too. I have never had problems with them. I also accidentally put in an old address of mine in my shipment information and the customer service team was able to help me get situated and sent me my order to my correct address.
