Everything was great. I actually received my product a couple days sooner than expected which was a nice surprise as I was hoping to have them before leaving on a trip and was worried that they wouldn't arrive on time.

I have ordered from Body Candy multiple times. Each time, I got exactly what I ordered in a timely manner. Quality products at fair prices.

So I am a new customer to body candy. I have been following you all for a while, but I decided that I would go ahead and order some Halloween nose rings because of course Halloween is right around the corner and when I was scrolling through and I just kept seeing like so many different Halloween septum nose rings my mouth just dropped to the floor because they are so freaking cute. Never have I ever seen anything like that before so I think you may have another loyal customer because y'all's website an your inventory is just like so freaking cute and I'm just so excited like I have never seen nose rings like this before so yes I'm a loyal customer you'll see me again.

I love shopping on Body Candy's website. It is easy to use. You can find what you are looking for and the pictures give a great portrayal of the item.

My package went to a completely random address across town from me. The answer they gave me was to check my apartment complex mailbox, but I do not live anywhere near an apartment complex. I did not receive my package!

Website has so many products it's a little difficult to narrow down exactly what you're looking for, but once I found what I was looking for it was smooth sailing.

I ordered this nose ring a long time ago! I loved it but it went down the shower drain this morning! I ordered a 18 instead of a 20 this time! My birthday is tomorrow so this is a present to myself! Thanks Body Candy!

I don't have to get in my car and waste gas to go to the mall and spend more money in the stores such as Spencer's or any other jewelry stores.

Include multiple titles for a piercing if it works for multiple areas of the body. Such as a horseshoe. This should also work for a septum, daith, etc. It is hard to find certain types of jewlelry

It was ok at best. I really need 18 guage nose rings, and I can't ever find any on body candy! I'm glad you have a grabber tool though

Tried to message to find out about returning products, didn't get a response for a month. Which by your return policy is to late to get a full refund.

I rarely ever have any issues with ordering or receiving my packages. Once I was missing a piece of jewelry I ordered and customer service was so easy to work with and they sent me what I was missing very quickly.

Didn't have the item, but I already ordered and paid. You were willing to give me back the money, but I don't come here often and it expired. Not sure why it has an expiration date. It was mine $#*!ing money.

I ordered a red heart nose ring and it came in a yellow-orange. I sent an email and they did send a replacement, but that was also orange.

I've been ordering my nose rings from Body Candy for several years now. They have a great selection of jewelry, and the prices are great. When someone comments on one of my nose rings, I always mention this shop.

I ordered jewelry on 10/5/25 and still don't have a tracking # or shipping date. It's 10/11/25 today. And, some of the items I've ordered were either broken or didn't work. Specifically the ball piercings, the ball falls off easily rendering the jewelry not useful.
