They sent me a new piece of nose jewelry as a replacement, but it was unfortunately the piece that made me place the order that was unavailable. My original order was never shipped. Then one of the rings wasn't available and the next two replacements I chose also weren't available. So I requested a refund and got only three rings rather than my originally intend four, and my package was sent out a whole 3 weeks late. Overall bad experience and I don't think I will order from BodyCandy again (which is sad because I've ordered from them a handful of times in the past).
