I had no problems ordering or shipping with exception there was not shipment update - i was given an eta on when it should be arriving to my address but thankfully it came sooner but upon arrival, my partner wasnt expecting it that day so was suspicious of the the return address

The jewelry was not at all what I expected the horse shoe nose ring was so small I can't get either end off and the tragus earrings usually have flat backs these look tongue rings

The tiny screw piece was lost immediately. I understand the jewelry is small, but it is impossible to screw that piece in w/o the tool. That should be stated when purchasing. Also, the price of the tool is quite extravagant.

Had to return 2 for size, response was quick but confusing. After postal fee and paying for prior shipping it's almost not worth returning it

They have many pieces of jewelry that could make you scroll for hours for the perfect one. The transaction was easy and straight forward, I was able to use refunded credit from a previous purchase without issue. They did use flat mail for my order which came in 5-12 days after ordering, it doesnt include a tracking unless you pay for tracking
My color came off my septum ring within a month was very upset about that, but giving you guys one more chance because I really like the Halloween septum ring

I had to Google YouTube on how to use the ball grabber no instructions and one end of the nose ring came off after a couple days so I pretty much wasted my money

The jewlery isn't practical especially for people with bigger features. I think they should do more with allowing you to refund the items b/c now I have a bunch of jewlery that doesn't fit. I also don't feel like it is fair for me to be unsatisfied and not receive my money back. They only offer store credit.
