I've purchased hundreds of dollars through body candy and I had several things broken like the mustache earplugs. I've had the butterfly earplugs break but I love the sloth jewelry, so oh the ones where the jewels are hanging the the little they broke but then the ones with the silhouette of the skeleton lady, I have been a big hit. I've gotten lots of compliments on those so it just depends you know you're spending a lot of money and you just don't know what's going to happen so it's just taking chances. I don't know if they give money back when stuff like that happens when they break I haven't checked into it so I'd have to check and see, I would post pictures but I just had surgery on my foot and I can't get out of bed so I apologize for that. Maybe I could update this review at a later time
