Order 2 nose ring only received one and they knowingly allow you to pay for your merchandise when they know they are out of stock and then tell you that you can't get a refund ONLY STORE CREDIT! Just another company out here to take your money and I will be reporting to better business bureau. How do you allow someone to pay for something you don't have I Never open the package the nose ring is in because ot looks nothing like what it shows on the website.

The products would have been great if my left nostril ring was not smaller than the right. Unfortunately, it was not until I was already at the piercing shop ready to put these in that the piercer noticed one was actually 20 gauge instead of 18 gauge. So, now my nose rings are two different sizes since I had already taken out my previous set and couldn't simply return the left one. I may or may not order again to get a new left one that is the correct size, but honestly this mistake sort of deterred me from making a purchase this expensive on Body Candy again.
The reason why I chose BodyCandy is because they have so many different trendy selections for SUPERRR cheap! Plus they never tarnish so that's a bonus!

I somehow didn't receive my first delivery, even though it was marked as delivered. However, they fixed the issue by sending me the same order again for free! It arrived the second time in perfect condition. Thanks so much for having great customer service!
Never had issues with this company in the past but this order was a little wonky. First off I only got my nose ring when the shipping receipt said both items were in the package. Customer service was wonderful and quickly responded and sent out the plugs, but with no shipping so it was a total shock when they arrived. However when the plugs arrived they were labeled as a 2 but were actually closer to a 4, unsure if this is product issue (runs small) or incorrect packaging from company.
The storefront was immensely helpful and I received my items in a timely manner
It was fun and super easy and quick! I will shop here more.
My shopping experience so far has been great, I just wish I could find bigger gauges in the tongue rings.
