Disappointed in the quality, also got charged duty that was half the total cost. I know BodyCandy can't control the duty but it makes the low quality product even more expensive so Canadian customers be cautious.

I been buying from here the last 10 years nothing disappoints so far from the material because that truly matters, I had a reaction to cheap material and that is what made me buy from here because the material they are made of are the best so far. I think it was nice but it never arrived I tried to contact customer service but they don't help at all I tried to ask for a refund but nothing bad
The pricing and quality was really good but after paying extra for shipping protection and I still coming late left a bad taste. Not to mention getting 3-4 emails everyday trying to get me to buy more. How many gauges does one person need?
The plugs were ordered by accident. I am not crazy about the add-on feature you have after the purchase is completed. I hit a wrong button and got stuck with taper jewelry I didn't even want.
The garland peircing was incorrect and had Noel on it. Made it weird as this was a gift for my wife who's grandfather 'Noel' had just passed away. Other than that the experience was ok.

The jewelry was very nice but one nose ring is too small for my daughter's piercing and I can't return it because I bought it in October to be prepared for Christmas and now it's outside of the return timeframe.
I enjoy my jewelry, I get plenty of compliments and have recommended body candy many times. The quality and beauty is on point.

I've been disappointed with the way your backs fit on the earrings. I've had difficulty with them. The backs don't screw on the post very easily or if they do they're hard to get off.
The metal itself is great quality but some of the plating on the nose rings peels after a few months (which was to be expected, not disappointed in the product at all!) order FOUR more nose rings today!

The nose ring that comes with the tool was ridiculous 🙄 I lost the little diamond as soon as I tried to put it on... but everything else has been fine
First order was way too small and diamonds were lost within 10 minutes second order was a spiral and it infected my nose which has NEVER happened in 35 years. BUT I'm going to try yall one more time

Answer: Mine took 8 days including the weekend. Sometimes you can't track your order, call them if you're concerned.
