If I could give no stars I would lol. First of all, my order got lost for a week in processing. Imagine my surprise to find I only got one of the pair of plugs I ordered - they actually do mention in the description of the product that you have to buy both individually, kind of, casually in passing. My bad for missing it, but I dunno why you wouldn't make that more clear. Maybe some big bold letters, IDC. Felt pretty scammed when I realized and that feeling sure lingered when I saw the very poor quality of the plugs and septum ring I paid for.

All items were amazing quality! However the lack of order confirmation/shipping updates made me worry if my package would arrive in time. Also, one of my items did not receive the O-ring backings displayed in the picture. However, I was so impressed by the quality of the items and website.
