Contacted customer service for order processing issues, charges I did not agree too, extra shipping fees and they refused to do anything about it. They wouldn't let me use my coupon for money off the purchase either. Quality of the earrings was not that great, especially the Christmas hoop, very rough and uncomfortable and color was terrible. But you can't return items either

I basically buy all my tongue rings here, and I use to buy my septum rings from here too until one started turning green and burning my nose while I was wearing it. Also bought a pair of heart studs from here and they were very uncomfortable to wear and bulky, and cheaply made. I just stick to their tongue rings now.
Some are just that hit or miss. The quality of the silver or gold is very good and doesn't tarnish or turn my skin green so no complaints there but sometimes they just don't sit right on the nose at all.
The products are beautiful but shipping took over a month and then I unknowingly had to pay duties on top of shipping prices.(To Ottawa, Canada)
Even with the great price of the nose rings, I ended up paying way more than I would have if I bought locally.

Easy to shop and place order, good pricing but I had issues with the quality. I lost two of rings because they wouldn't stay closed.
Shipping was slow - took almost a month. That said I understood it was coming internationally over Christmas. Thankfully it wasn't a gift as it arrived after Christmas (purchased Nov 29).
Never got any missing items, shipping is fast and quick, and the quality is so amazing I love shopping here, every jewelry is so cute and unique

Shopping experience was great! My nose rings were perfect. I only wish the backs to the heart ears were push on and not twist. It's hard to put them on while you have long nails.

I haven't used it yet because I accidentally ordered the wrong gauge. I need a 16 gauge, but it looks great but I won't be able to use this specific gauge for another couple years since my piercing is less than one year old. It is really pretty in person.

Wore the earrings as normal, but one of the balls fell off and when I attempted to put it back on it snapped in half making it unbearable. I'd only worn the earrings for 2 days.
I looked around and body candy seemed to have good feedback, so I gave it a try and I've been obsessed ever since my first purchase!

Disappointed in the quality, also got charged duty that was half the total cost. I know BodyCandy can't control the duty but it makes the low quality product even more expensive so Canadian customers be cautious.

I been buying from here the last 10 years nothing disappoints so far from the material because that truly matters, I had a reaction to cheap material and that is what made me buy from here because the material they are made of are the best so far. Don't change the material and dont go cheap on your work.
