Some products are what they say others come looking a little counterfeit, from the photo shown! I have gotten nose rings that could not be opened to use and some to small for my nose in width and length!
Ordering was easy. Order took a while but came in time for my daughters birthday. One earring must've fell out of the package. I emailed the company right away. Still haven't received the replacement earring.

Overall, I like the look of the two single style hoops. The couple hoop just looks odd how the clasp is attached in the center.
Some of my gold jewelry rubbed the color off when i put it in, a little concerning so i just stopped wearing it. Otherwise i love the products and affordability.
I never received my first order which was originally ordered on December 1st 2025. It is now January 5th and I have received a re-order.

The package took a long time to be received. When I was told by our post office to pick up my item, I was charged over 15.00 in customs charges for each package. Won't be ordering again.

In previous years, navigating the website was very easy. But trying to understand the measurements of 5/8,5/16 etc, was pretty confusing. I did find the conversion chart neatly ascending each navigating with corresponding mm size which made it super helpful to understand the sizes I wanted for specific piercings.
Bodycandy always delivers with the cutest jewelry. Shipping info was easy to access and I got my order in the time I expected.

I wear a 16 gauge generally, when I am looking at nose ring/piercings descriptions, the size chart you provide with orders (thank you) may have an 18g but the mm doesn't match up?
Shipping took forever and customer service was no help
I understand it was the holidays but the company could at least staff accordingly to keep up with influx of orders. They certainly have it in their budget to advertise online and on TV. As far as support I got a response that my order would be shipped in the order it was received and I couldn't cancel. Unlike other companies that charge your method of payment when the order ships, they charge when it's placed. My order was placed on Dec 2, and it was sent on Dec19. I didn't receive it until dec 22. Tell me how this is 5-7 business days. This is the last time I order from this company. I ended up buying jewelry from Amazon because I planned to wear the jewelry to a holiday party but I wouldn't receive it in time. Also the jewelry is subpar at best, and the Amazon is better.

Shopping was easy. It did take a super long time to be delivered. There were more fees when it got dropped off that we didn't expect. I was told my shipping would be free but the delivery person said we owed for it. We had to pay taxes and some other fee as well. I will not be ordering again.

I've been a customer since I have piercings… and that's a long time ago! Great prices but I just wish one of the pieces I fell in love that it's a septum would come back, I purchased it like 4 times and never game me allergies.

Answer: Mine took 8 days including the weekend. Sometimes you can't track your order, call them if you're concerned.

Answer: They usually send them like a "regular mail" so the traking number may not work. Still if you send them a message trough facebook they will reply and try to help you. I had a really good experience with them. Hope you get your nose rings soon.
