I was missing a nose ring and one of the others I ordered wasn't given to me either but a different nose ring was sent to me. I called and they said they would fix it. It's been weeks with no shipping information nothing has arrived. I ordered the nose rings in November. It's now mid January. So I caved and reordered the nose rings. I just want what I've paid for. Twice. Plus tracking your packages are impossible. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone after just 3 orders :( I'm extremely disappointed.

The first nose ring I got the little thing that you sent me to pull the rhinestone off the horseshoe nose ring flew across my apartment and I had no idea where it went. I messaged somebody they asked if I wanted them to just resend another one or if I wanted to pick something different so I picked something different. It was not in the color that I wanted, which would've been clear. They only had it in pink anyway they still went out of their way to help me.
Nice items and ok shipping. I have had a few interactions with the customer service but have found you have to keep asking questions until you get the whole answer. You can't stack offers and I don't know why I can't use my credit but will continue to work on it with CS.
Great choices. Website needs to be organized better. Couldn't find hoop earrings. Should be a tab for that. Also, there needs to be more hypoallergenic items. I can't wear certain metals. But other than that i like the stud earrings.

My jewelry gave me somewhat of an allergic reaction however that's my fault for buying the wrong type of metal. This place has the cutest piercing jewelry in my opinion so I went back to look for more in the right metal type.
My order took awhile to get and when I did receive it I was missing an item. Customer Service was a bit hard to communicate with but when we connected, they sent my item out with no problems.
My first experience was easy and smooth, although I found it hard to choose just few products amongst all the pretty jewellery
I hate the check out process! I keep getting contacted about my $7.77 credit, but there's NEVER a place to enter it before my order is confirmed! I HATE IT! Apply my credit or CANCEL MY ORDER.

Some products don't come in as they are advertised online. I ordered a white opal belly button ring and when I received it the opal was yellowing.

Bought earrings years ago and was very pleased with price and quality. Prices are significantly higher than I remember. I did place another order because I know the quality of the products and gems are starting to fall out of earrings so time to freshen up my jewelry.

Slow shipping and processing, the VIP package does nothing. If that was them processing my order faster than everyone else's then I'd hate to see how long a regular order takes.

If you are like me, a mom that barely gets anything for yourself, do not bother. You have to have a microscope to see the little red and green jewels and not only did my order take forever, but my nose ring looks worse than my old one and feels so cheap, I keep getting poked in the nose. I wish I used my mommy christmas gift on something else :(

Answer: Mine took 8 days including the weekend. Sometimes you can't track your order, call them if you're concerned.

Answer: They usually send them like a "regular mail" so the traking number may not work. Still if you send them a message trough facebook they will reply and try to help you. I had a really good experience with them. Hope you get your nose rings soon.
