Too many clicks to get to the control panel to edit and control the account. The old user interface was for more efficient and did not have all the extra un-needed steps. The new design sucks, it slows the process down and makes things more complicated.

So many problems trying to set up this account and migrate the website only to experience a massive malware problem that Bluehost could not fix. Pro-migration did nothing to assist the migration and even deleted the website I had migrated. Very unhappy with the whole experience.

I'm so irritated with the new login and how bluehost continuously tries to trick me into buying add-on services. I shouldn't have to continually tell bluehost I don't want the privacy add-on during the log-in process. When my contract is up, I'm out of here.

I have not been able to login via webmail using my primary account. I purchased two additional email accounts for my team members and neither one can access using webmail. I have tried to communicate my challenges using the chat numerous times with no solutions. I am beyond disappointed with Bluehost.
