My account got terminated out of nowhere and I don't know why. I didn't do anything to cause it to be terminated. All of my information and site was completely gone, and my domain name has been taken. There was no explanation to why my account got terminated out of no where and I'm scared it will happen again.
The signing process has changed over time and has become confusing! We use to use Email and Password, now it looks like we are using ID# and Password. Very confusing when you have your emails and passwords saved for your sites.
I change the html on my website but it does not update. Sometimes my page reverts back to html code from several versions ago.

VPS, what a laugh, it wasn't moving, constantly falling, suspended and whatnot. I moved to a another service, no VPS, the website flies, no downtimes and I pay a fraction of the price.

All three live sites we host with Bluehost have been 'compromised' with malware. So Bluehost is not my flavour of the month.

The email address associated with the domain name had an issue and it was only partially resolved. I am still challenged to receive emails.
Your customer service has been nothing but disappointing, frustrating, and downright demeaning over the last month. I've lost count the number of times that I had to reach out for support and to follow up on numerous occasions because the promises made were not fulfilled. Please do not promise to email in 24-48 hours if you don't actually plan to do so. Bluehost deleted settings with my site without authorization, they lied to me about not being able to reinstate those settings, they put me off for a number of days, lied again, and then miraculously fixed it. I'm not happy about taking my 10+ years of service elsewhere, but you've left me no choice. I have ZERO trust in your services and that you care about your customers.

The website interface is not as user friendly as it used to be. A pop up menu opens each time I log in. Customer service technical support used to be on point previously. It appears now that most of it is out sourced not in the U.S.
This is a very complicated platform. I bought domain and hosting back in January/February and still haven't been able to actually edit my website. There are multiple steps and are very confusing.

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
