I have had numerous issues with Bluehost. I don't have access to my wordpress. I've called several times. I thought one time my site was recovering, only to discover that I was unable to access or edit my site.
My SSL got turned off, and now seeing an invalid certificate, giving me an error that my page is not private.
I got my.com website taken away. My.tech website is the only site that I have now. Still, I don't have access to the site. I'm Very unhappy and haven't been able to do busy. I keep getting representative after representative to assist me and still getting the same results.

Frustrating to get things processed. And there are errors on the way which requires phone calls. People are professional and nice. However, there was only one person out of five that seemed to know how to address issue.

The layout is extremely confusing. Maybe this isn't the fault of Bluehost, but rather of my own lack of technical skills. I was hoping to get a blog up and running before now but that proved to be much more challenging.

I have been asking for help to set up my email hosting on blue host. It has now been a couple weeks and my email still doesn't work. Since my malware incident, I have not received back continued messages from either the Security Sales representative. Nor have I received an acknowledgment or any message back from the two tickets I recently placed into Professional Services. The site lock team has been very helpful however.

My site for phished and shut down. Getting help for this has been difficult. I'm basically on my own trying to figure this out. Is your hosting site not secure? Why am I not offered assistance in cases like this when the phish attack was not my fault? Or at the very least a support person I can call who can help me go in and help me fix the problem.

I cannot upload the SEO premium zip file. It give me a message saying the file is incompatible. I cannot set up email on my iPhone, iPad, or Mac. It says I have not provided a password for email, but I have. I paid $2000 for someone to design my site, but the cart doesn't work, I have no options for my products and no way to associate different prices for different options. I was told to retry my email setup and it still doesn't work. Same with SEO premium. I am waiting for the changes I requested to be implemented. It would have been nice to have a discussion with the person actually building the site so I could give details of what I wanted. When calling for support, I have am in queue for 30+ minutes which is taking me away from my business. So far, BlueHost has not lived up to their reputation.
