The duration of my experience with Bluehost is almost two years now
It is very frustrating that I faced many problems and difficulties during my time with Bluehost and many things that I am not aware of at all, but Bluehost was not the reason for everything I went through, it was because I am a beginner with no experience.
What I specifically want to say is that what has made me happy and encouraged me to continue until this moment is the efficiency of the customer support service at Bluehost after my first contact with them, as I found their customer support service very responsive and after telling them about my errors they fixed all of them immediately, well of course not that It is the reason why I continue with them so far. It is very obvious that you will find a lot of customer support services in many companies that are quick to respond and fix errors, But you will not find many of them that teach you, tell you what to do, warn you, advise you and guide you in the right steps from zero to professionalism.
I thank Bluehost so much because of them I have a very excellent experience
I have very little traffic, and I use my Bluehost as a personal site that I would not just wipe and start over, and for a couple of email accounts.
My WP install times out, (HTTP(s)) curl (getting updates) and is just so slow it almost not useable.
It would be so much better if people could talk to real people on the phone who understood your program.
This was supposed to be an easy step by step guide. But 9 hours into it I can't get my blog to show up on my page and the blog is the whole reason I'm doing this page. I would also love to import a free layout from Wordpress - as that is my first choice - but I can't. I also can't seem to purchase a different layout from Bluehost because it won't let me check out. I've watched several YouTube tutorials but I get to a certain point following along and their screen and menus start to look different from mine and I can't find the menus the tutorials are telling me to click on. I'm so discouraged right now!
Easy to use. A lot of great features and tools available.
So many issues with the server hosting and its impossible to get any help besides from junior technical staff that cant really answer any questions or provide help beyond asking you to try things you already have tried.
Everything is so far so good. Support team are also very helpful.
Really like bluehost. I don't actually have much to compare it to, and i`m just getting started. I'm slowly learning more features. Can't wait to use them all. I would really appreciate some tutorial videos on how to use all the features such as the mySQL DB, webDAV. All the more advanced stuff. The support is always excellent as well.

The email service is less than desirable, my company has not had email for 3 days now! Your customer service is terrible as well, I have waited more than an hour to speak to someone. Once connected they could barely understand or speak English. This is a joke

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
