Customer service is horrible

Customer service is horrible. The manager acted as if my business didn't matter. My security was turned off twice, leaving me with multiple spam calls per day.
I was even charged twice for service, with no refund! I'm about ready to cancel my business with bluehost. I'll never refer this company to anyone.

My experience has not been great with this service. I cannot access my mail account on my mac. I switched over, and everything was great the first couple months, and now I cannot get mail to come in and go out. So now I have to log into Bluehost to get my mail. Now I'm having issues with the mail coming up as an error, sometimes while I'm typing! It won't come up on my phone, either. I'll have to call support again, which they seem great, but the service overall could be much better.

The site loading speed is terrible to non existent. I have checked other domains on this server and they are failing to load as well. Bluehost may not be a good fit for me or anybody relying on a functioning webpage.
