Since your upgrade, managing my websites have been a pain. Besides, some sites stopped functioning. One domain is well hosted, but the email addresses are failing.
Both our websites are down, showing a "can't be reached" message. When I click on chat for server status, same message. Get your back end fixed, or we're moving out.
Site is very slow to load sometimes. Sometimes when I publish using sitebuilder it reverts to the old version. Uploading pictures is very difficult and cumbersome, always rotating the picture randomly.

Couldnt get your site to load on either my computer or cell phone. Had to speak to customer service to get the pending "task" completed, so hopefully that will help. Customer service was great though, and very helpful.
Very helpful service reps. My service rep was very patient and really took the time to listen to me and understand what my issues were and made sure I was satisfied before ending our call.

I have had endless issues trying to get a theme uploaded and a domain propagated to be to par with Bluehost. I know nothing about website building and although I have had some good help (almost) every time I call, I am always spending a large amount of time on hold. Then, after thinking the issue has been resolved, I realize that it in fact has not and I am calling yet again. From purchasing the domain, to installing a theme, to not having the theme installed properly, and now to not being able to access my Wordpress account with my purchased (and propagated with help from your team)domain, I am finding the service and actual help lacking.
