Bluehost tends to be down A LOT. Yesterday my site was inactive for over 47 minutes and I lost over 1k in estimated sales during that period
I have been with bluehost for about 3 years. I moved all my products from Godaddy... now I m regreting it. Your services was great until about 6 months ago. Email system has been down weekly on various servers I have with you. THIS IS A MAJOR ISSUE. I have many clients and my phone was constantly ringing for me to have no answers for my clients. Then I cannot understand half the people that answer the phones so I hang up and keep calling back until I can find someone that speaks clear english. I m shopping around I cannot deal with the email recording telling me there is an issue for over a week that is being fixed. *******414

The absolute WORST service ever known to man. What makes the experience even worse than the horrid web design tools is the so-called tech support. They are ALL clueless and can not handle even the most remedial level technical issues, then say they do not have access to the escalated tech team and there is no way for me to get a hold of them, either. This whole experience has been mind numbing and beyond frustrating.

The email server has been down for over 3 days now. We simply cannot run a business without email for multiple days. We understand there are occasional service outages with any IT business, but 3 days is completely unacceptable. We will be switching.
You are brilliant and i would give you 5 stars but I had to take a star away as you are not honest when your systems are down and if affects peoples site. You had me thinking i was going crazy when my site was acting up one time, whole time it was an error on your part and you never communicated that to me. I had find out from the internet. Apart from that i am very happy with you - thank you for all you do your customers!

My bank account shows a big withdrawal and it went to you guys don't know why it is so much, can not believe how much you charge there are plenty of website and hosting way cheaper than yours and after all this time I feel I am stuck with you guys. Always read oh, blue host are the best so you go there and find no difference in fact I have other sites and hosting and I am happy they are not with you and your stuff is not easier to use GD is easier to put a site together namecheaop does all you guys do but easier
Can't login to site but you'll ask for my opinion no prob over and over again
I have had many issues with builder site, and bugs that I am told will be fixed in 24 then 48 hours. When I go back to the tech, they tell me it's a known issue they are working on. I have a problem on my site that I have been unable to resolve for over 2 months. I don't think that is a good thing. I liked using the builder side; the answer was to use word press, but word press can not fix what I want, so it still is not what I want. I think I may have to look for a new web service soon
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
