I Called few times and I worked with two different associates,
because I continue receiving fakes comments to my products

BlueHost system and instructions have worked well. The problems were with getting the EPP Authorization Code from the other host company.
I'm not 100% sure why I have Bluehost, but it seems to be what I need to have. I have had a couple of problems with my blog and have received assistance with it. I have one large problem right now that requires me to go back and forth between two different versions of Wordpress. After dealing with a couple of different people, I was finally told it was a problem with Wordpress and they were aware of it. Doesn't really fix my problem.

We should be able to renew our existing package for the number of months we want. To downgrade or upgrade also for the number of months we want whether it's for a month, 3 or year or years. You do not allow such flexibility for clients when renewing through our accounts. You only allow upgrading which is not right. We should get in touch with customer service to request flexibilty with renewals every time.
The last time bluehost was down, we were not notified by email or by any other means. We should be notified when things like this happen. Also when we are advised to backup our sites before deploying updates, we are warned to backup? When deploying huge upgrades, should you not do the same? Keep servers with backups running while you test with users the changes you made on other servers?
I received an email saying that php upgrades will require VPS or deidcate servers, other wise we can search for other providers. How would this sound to you if you were the client? What happens in this case when I had paid for 2 or 3 years? WIll give most of us refunds for the remaining period? Can't you move sites that do not wish to have the upgrade to some servers and upgrade others? Why put us through the huge hassle of finding other providers?
I don't know about other backup systems but codeguard on a full restoration did not ovewrite plugins I had updated by mistake. If I have a backup of a plugin that was modified by the developer and I restore this backup, should it not overwrite the new version of the plugin?
Apart from these issues, I am happy to be using bluehost.
I would love to give you 5 stars, but the inability to easily create staging environments, edit them, and deploy them is a huge drawback. The functionality shows it's there, and you advertise it, but it does not work. Reached out to support about errors received and they told me it's a known bug. Really unacceptable given how essential staging environments are.
I got a charge for a payment from scoutpuppy.com(Apparent a parent page) & had no idea what the charge was for so I issued a chargeback. Come to find out it was for my website. Bluehost disabled my account due to the chargeback. I'm highly disappointed to say the least, for a "High end" website builder to use what looks like a scam site as their payment processor is beyond me. I wonder how many chargebacks you receive on a monthly basis...
Easy flow device mechanisms. I own my website, and I'm also the designer. Your team helped me delete backup files that were taking a lot of space on the server. As a result, my website moves fast, thanks to them.
Real good support. Shared hosting is delivering good performance.
Over the years is has been a very good relationship. Some technical problems have persisted such as incorporating some images & pictures into my posts and indenting each new paragraph
It has been a while since I was in my page, I moved and could not find the codes. I called today and the 'tape' was very helpful, and she sent me to the representative Isaac, he was very helpful and Now I am ready to begin working again!

I've spent HOURS trying to get a basic blog up and running and it still isn't ready. The site isn't intuitive or easy for beginners to figure out.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
