The speed is unreliable, and there are issues with certain functions, they all work but they don't register that they've worked, and don't take you through a full functional cycle. But aside from that, Bluehost is probably the best hosting partner I've ever had!

It was extremely difficult initially setting up the transfer of my website and email. I spent hours on the phone or chat and was constantly going in circles with people telling me different things while I had no access to my business emails. Not being terribly computer savvy, I felt that the instructions were geared to techs instead of a lay person.
