Bluehost is not very good at supporting individuals that just want to build a site. The documentation is poor and live chat is sketchy. It needs to sort large companies from individuals and tailor services
Your set-up does not accommodate overseas format for phone and address - my address is not a single number it is 24/18 - not one number. Putting in my phone number as *******678 your system keeps saying this is not compatible with my countries requirements - it certainly is - I do not know of any other way to input it. Finally there is no way to contact you other than by phone, from the UK - at what cost? VERY POOR SERVICE
I don't know where to go for help. I have no clue what i am doing. I don't think it should be this hard but for some reason this is like brain surgery to me.

There are lot of issue with mail server. Many time we receive mail after 3 or 4 days sent by clients. I have reported the same issue two or three times but still no permanent solution has been given. Will be thankful to you if you resolve the issue

I have severally complained that my viewers on mobile phone send me feedback and calls that my certificate is not from trusted certificate. That my SSL is not private. Many people have dropped my site and my church people are saying I faked them and collected money for SSL certificate and produced fake. That they will move the domain from me and host with another server after I have paid you.
My new site jekoba.com anybody that enter the site on mobile phone stuck with SSL not secure. I am tired of you. I have made this complain repeatedly and I will take steps if it not corrected immediately.
On the billing page, I cannot see the information because the menu doesn't retract. The menu covers all of the info on my phone and it covers the expiry date of my credit card so I cannot verify that it is still valid. This is a very basic mistake for a professional web hosting company if they can't even get their own website up to scratch:-(

The pages are loading slowly, and the internal links (CTA) do not work on when visiting the site on wordpress.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
