I make changes to my website I save them or otherwise known as publish them. And come back the next day they're gone I call customer service I got disconnected. I tried to attach affiliate links they don't stay attached this website builder sucks $#*!.
Its quick to slow down and logs me out in mid edit
Lousy!
I have been a customer since 2013 and not bothered you with direct contact even once a year. And you don't provide a mail address for contact.
You informed me that the billing info was outdated. I corrected the expiration date and got confirmation the billing info was OK.
Then Sean informed it was not OK,
I tried to log in, but the password used the day before did not work.
My bank informed that you had checked if the card was OK, what they confirmed to you. But they had not got a request for money.
I called your overseas number and after a long seance of talk to what I took for a machine, I was tranferred to a living lady, who had a quite helpul attitude, but the line was not very good an she had a rattling noise behind her. Just to get the spelling of my domain right lasted probably 20 minutes.
So it took very long time to resolve my problem. The most important a new password.
Using this I logged in to verify that the billig information was OK.
THIS WAS NOT POSSIBLE!
And there was no place to search for "Billing". So I still do not know if it is OK!
And there is no mail address for contact. Your system is inhuman.

My experience is fine. I like Bluehost and recommend it to others. But having the survey pop up EVERY TIME I log in is getting very annoying.
Not easy to change the package. I had wrong ordered Woocommerce, but when I decided to go with Wordpress hosting, it took nearly 1 month to delete my domain from Woocommerce package so I could use it in Wordpress package. What's happened if the website is down for 1 week?
Web servers were down for a long time with no notifications. MX server massive failures. Slow (google rejected to see MX as valid) still. There are many problems that have affected my business and others like me.
Great user support and knowledgeable staff to tackle different problems with users.
Been using Bluehost for a few years now. Generally it's OK but I could offer many suggestions.
First, I'm an affiliate customer as well so I generally migrate my new clients to Bluehost. This means that client's (with shared hosting) are on different boxes (servers) and have experienced varied performance across bluehost servers. (Not always good, nor consistent.) I've also used LiquidWeb, Digital Ocean, GoDaddy and others so I can make informed and legit comparisons.
Second, the performance in cPanel has also been inconsistent and the tech support is generally good but not at frontline support. Almost always need to go to second (or third) tier support.
Third, as much as I'm familiar with cPanel, I've seen some better configs/implementations from other providers. I would have to spend more time documenting helpful examples to offer here. For instance, I've seen a number of deprecated apps in Softaculous, and would love to have access to GUI for React installs - you know that's on the horizon, in addition to low/no code platforms, just saying.
And finally, as unfortunate as it is, much of the feedback and advice from these surveys doesn't reach the proper DM's. While I'm investing considerable thought and time to provide legit feedback, it would be equally as thoughtful for someone to acknowledge my contribution.
One more thing the phone support is sometimes OK but worse than that is the maniacally short duration of the Validation Token
Thanks for your kind consideration, Daniel
I wanted to purchase another domain name for a separate company and website. I purchased the domain name but now I have to assign it to my "main" domain and I don't want to do that. They are completely separate things. How can I have two "main" websites that don't connect to each other? Is it too late since I've already purchased this other domain name?
The people that I talk to to help me where friendly an nice thank you
Like the service and have been a customer for a long time.
Intermittent outages, sometimes for hours especially over the past few weeks, slow connections... has negatively impacted our business. It will take some time to regain our customer's trust in our site.
I've been using your services with my personal website for over 10 years. I'm pleased with your reliability.
This service used to be a nice option but the limitations and issues for true blogging make it a waste of time.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
