Having a hard time logging in directly to wordpress
This client website has been down for more than 3 weeks (April 24th) when you all started with server updates. Every time I contact you, you say that your techs are working on it. 3 weeks is more than enough time to load a backup of the site on a new server and let them get back to business as normal. You owe this client a refund and an resolution ASAP.
What can I say, this has been a wonderful experience. Very cooperative, adaptable and flexible, joy to work with.
Support is always a challenge, whenever I experienced issues it takes days to get responses, often not getting responses for days.
Have had multiple issues with email server being down.
Much more intuitive interface than other hosts I've tried.
Good service, good customer service before and after purchase
I found it confusing between blue host and word press. Ditto with all the plug ins on the screen when I started. It makes more sense now but I think it's too detailed and confusing.
No point in feedback. You won't help and cannot reply to me. This sucks because it's too complex with jargon that is idiotic.
Since choosing bluehost to run my website there have been several outages and web builder problems where I had to rebuild my site all over again which was not awesome.
