Customer Service is unable to provide a solution as to why I am not getting an email delivered to my webmaster company email. This email is needed so i can verify my identity before using the SSL feature

I have always liked you but lately your recent upgrade has been a HUGE backstep as far and wordpress use is concerned. First time I have considered moving to another server in a VERY LONG time.

I was forced to purchase malware security that I did not want or my account would be held hostage by locking my account and shutting down 3 websites. This is not right.
It was my first time to built a site' and my teacher was not so good, so in the begin I was needed a lot of asking and answer to my questions and most of the time I have got it from you and I want to thank you for that.
