I edit in Expressionweb. I was assured that this would work when signing up. The Bluehost account wants me to use Wordpress. Customer support has not helped. Please either change my account so Expressionweb will work, or discontinue my account and refund. I WOULD PREFER CHANGING MY ACCOUNT.
Our email stability is very low. We constantly have issues with accessing the server. This is not due to our internet connection. We also have lots of issues with the recipient server rejecting our emails because they think we are spammers.
Site has been slow since we first started using bluehost. For some reason, the Jetpack image accelerator keeps getting turned on and messing up ALL of the pictures on the home page. The site went completely down twice for hours, and intermittently for 2 weeks. There has been no explanation. It's been a real garbage experience.
I was just in a chat and I had an amazing customer support agent by the name of Shweta. I accidentally clicked out of the chat and did not get to leave them a review. I received A+ service from them and I am very grateful, the service quality remains very high!

When I report a problem that requires a specialist, such as email authentication settings, SpamExpert, etc. I am attended by people who do not necessarily know all the topics.
When I request the chat to be sent to me, it is never sent to me.
When I ask for a report of the actions that were taken to correct an Error and some recommendations so that it does not happen again, they never answer me.
Other services close a Problem Report Chat with information on what has been done and recommendations so that it does not happen again.
I had a complex transaction involving transferring multiple domains, and was dreading having to deal with all the details. But my Bluehost service rep handled it flawlessly. I couldn't believe how smoothly it all went!
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
