I have had an issue for days that they won't fix. I can't search or install new plugins I get an error "An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server's configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums."

Great. My website gallery pics were not working and the BH tech determined the recent upgrade was causing the problem. He quickly backed off to the previous release and fixed my issue. I loved that I was able to get in touch with someone live very quickly who was capable to quickly identify the problem and get it resolved. Very happy with BH! Thanks. David

What worries me is that I am new to this hosting thing and your website BlueHost. Com, a hosting platform, is the only site I have seen in many many years that sits there loading for about 5 seconds after login. Regardless of the browser or mechine used. And I dont mean sometimes, I mean every single time. I appears to be something built into by design oversight or intention.
Every time I see this I wonder why and if my visitors will experience the same thing and if I need to change hosting companies.
