I chatted customer service because I needed to point my domain to Bluehost for hosting. My Bluehost rep told me what I needed to do on the other site (GD) in order to get my site up live. For the record, I was also chatting with the other guys but they didn't seem to know what to do and had me waiting forever. So I asked my BH rep what I should be doing and I was guided quickly and was able to release the other chat. Thankfully, BH reps know what's up!

The website is really good especially when they transitioned to bluerock as their system. It makes the website much user friendly and easy to use. The support team as well is very responsive and helpful. Overall, for me Bluehost is the best hosting site.
It was frustrating at first getting in contact with bluehost as I didn't realize i needed an authentication code before getting help via live chat but once I got through I got the help i needed as I couldn't update my billing information.
Bluehost was one of my favourite hosting provider platforms but unfortunately they have a lot of issues in their website builder and customer service is not really helpful so I've moved my services to another hosting.
My experience has been good. There have been several time the site has gone off line which was concerning because it isn't even fully launched yet but other than that I have no complaints.
Initially, it worked great. Then ran into problems later. When posting the website to social media, the picture stopped appearing. When sending out the link in emails, all the emails started to get rejected & still do. Had to call, but not sure what was wrong. I paid for a separate service, and it worked for a while. Then the same problem. Also, the prices for various services went up drastically..
Overall Bluehost has done well. However it stopped automatically posting my website on my Facebook account even though it was set up to do that. The settings never changed but no new posts unless I did it manually.
Phone service is great. But on my computer, it glitches and is slow. I tried at work, and still not great.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
