My server got hack a few months back, and keep on having different problems on different websites every now and then. Everytime i talk to live chat it only solve the problem that I highlight and can see, but doesn't really resolve the real problem.
Tech support is top-notch. Wish there were more software options. Wish the WordPress interface was better -- I realize that's not BH's issue. Cheers -

I've been using Bluehost for years, for my website and for clients. In the past I had the utmost confidence in both the hosting, and the tech support. I don't feel either one is quite as solid as it used to be, but I'm still sticking with you for now.

Support is far too difficult and opaque. Reports of outages are non-existent. At least a text message alert should be put out so customers can take whatever action is necessary, especially when email is failing due to inaccessible servers and/or persistent timeouts.
I have had excellent customer service with Bluehost. Really exceptional. My only complaint is that they no longer help with Weebly due to the way Weebly business changed - not the fault of Bluehost. But now I'm stuck with Weebly with my website and I can't get help unless I double pay for hosting with Weebly now. I want to move to wordpress eventually to solve this problem.
Bluehost has caused me so many issues and i lost a brand deal because of an issue with my website and the response took over 2 days to fix i am currently shopping around for a new host. What's worst in the midst of an issue one of your reps had the nerve to ask me about paying more money in the middle of a crisis that yall couldn't handle. I said no, they loaded it into my account for me to hit the checkout button if that isn't some vulture mentality. What I look like having issues with yall to spend more money to have more problems later -truly mind boggling to me
Site is slow to launch. Like if you type in instrumentinabox.com it takes a good 5 seconds to load
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
