My domain was cancelled without contacted me by phone. My card had expired and I needed to add a new card. I was traveling at the time and not checking my email. This caused my business email to be deleted. I was able to reinstate my email with history - thank goodness!

I have had a good experience overall. My only complaint would be that I received emails informing me that the server was down. For a period it happened very regularly, fortunately it seems that it has not happened again.

Problems with junk and spam

My experience has been confusing. I have received conflicting information to resolve my issue which has me constantly calling Blue Host. I have no idea why there is not a simpler way to resolve junk/spam mail.

Fixed it Myself after call

I was receiving an error message when attempting to update a webpage. Bluehost support quickly resolved my issue while I waited. There is no shortage of support resources available but I don't always have the time to work through them, this is where Bluehost support has been especially helpful. Thank you Bluehost!
