The great thing about Bluehost is that it has a wide variety of options at an affordable price. It offers three main business niches, with different pricing plans according to said niches. These include shared hosting, online stores, and managed WordPress

So far, it has been going well. If I ever need any assistance or programs at all, I know to now look into Bluehost.

Easy to use. The customer service is very helpful, can be slow, but the solution is always found to the problem

They are great at listening to your problems and even better at finding solutions. You're really missing out if you're not using bluehost.com

My experience purchasing a domain and setting up web hosting was easy. The free email service was cumbersome, but functional. The WordPress integration was tricky for me, but perhaps I just lacked patience. The UI received upgrades since the time I first acquired a domain, so it seems like they are actively working to improve the experience.

The experience was positive and the person helping did an excellent job.

The representative was excellent! He walked me through the process and was clear and was able to explain issues in simple language. He was also very patient.

Chat person was great helping me navigate my problems of my website and log in.

We built a website. It worked fine for a week then it got garbled. We called... your staff fixed it.
It looks ok now, but I have to wonder: will it get garbled again? Do I need to keep checking all the time to make sure it is still ok...?
