Some things have been hard to locate. I'm also not experienced in building a website, so that has been difficult because I can't find any info on how to do certain things. Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places.
Still going through the learning curve. Seems user friendly. First day got some errors. Keep on seeing a white screen upon logging into wordpress through bluehost.
A bit clunky. Took two hours to get a basic blog page up, and then nearly 24 hours before it was live. Too slow.
Overall the experience has been good, but getting the email setup wasn't as easy as it should have been.
I can't get the "coming soon" message to go away even though I've launched the site.
I am having a lot of issues saving pages. I cannot get buttons to navigate to pages. The home page that it started me out with will not delete, there appears to be no control page to manage pages and get them to connect with navigation buttons
I rate this service as a ZERO, not a one!
I have been unable to access the 'Edit in Website Builder' function for one month now. I cannot change or add content to my page - only post a blog! Useless. I have spoken with tech support, used their chat support and had managers open escalation tickets only to be told every time that this is a known problem affecting many accounts. We don't have a fix but engineers are working on it. No we cannot migrate you over to a server that works.
What kind of service is this? If my business were dependent on this site, I would be out of business. I can't understand how Bluehost is recommended by WordPress and others.
It has been a great experience - easy to use, trusted by many, and recommended by Mark Harbert.
I had lots of difficulty using the website builder in the bluehost/woldpress combination option. Online tutorials were more user friendly and helped me start my website.
Navigation hasn't been the smoothest. Still trying to maneuver through the site to find what I'm looking for.
Absolutely horrendous website building experience. Randomly bugs out and wipes out my work without saving it. Sometimes doesn't load. The worst I've ever experienced.
Frustrating. I cannot link my domain to this website to create my website
Your servers are stable, just speed up loading time
This is too $#*!ing difficult. I've watched several tutorials and I'm not seeing the same screens they are showing
Ok, the blue host extra support on top of word press did not launch.
So far there are pages that are non-responsive. When I was trying to create a new site and selected a new site, entered a folder, and clicked Next, it didn't do anything or go anywhere.
I was hoping to get started right away after receiving my receipt and was unable to move forward, having not received my SSL certificate due to have to wait for the "domain to be resolved" taking what has been 2 of the reported "2-3 hour" wait.
Confusing menus and it feels like everything is trying to sell more products.
Its a little hard to find things. For instance the new email set up is under the advanced tab instead of the email & office tab. If you go to that tab first you only find a link for Google Workspace which cost money. I had to Google how to get a free business email with bluehost and search a couple articles before I found one that showed it was moved to the Advanced tab. You should put things your clients are looking for under their corresponding tabs. But for the most part I really like the site
Multiple issues logging in and out. Needing to jump into canva to create items. Wish i could do it with bluehost.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
