I am having a hard time finding what I need to adjust my website.
My experience has been wonderful. The use of the software is easy and understandable.
Problems setting up email... site was not "intuitive" and kept directing me to "Google" when I had already purchased it... also said price would be $3 per month, but I don't think I got that price. Can't set up email on phone or other devices. When accessing email on web, can send emails but not receive emails. Done this kind of thing for a multi-million $$ company so basic knowledge is in place. So frustrating.
Not very user friendly so far. Hopefully it gets better.
There are bit much to mention at this point but being able to reach here is a great achievement!
Website is slow and customer service is frustrating and unhelpful
This was the first time that I have used Bluehost. I had no trouble at all. Easy to use.
Having difficulty navigating how to set up and publish my site. The themes are difficult to work with an it is difficult to figure out how to publish a user friendly blog website. Even when I've set up one before.
Really struggling to get my domain name attached to my website
New to this. So far so good. Definite learning curve.
I am unable to choose from a wide selection of templates. I get forced to choose only from one possibility, sometimes four at most. I expected to have a wide range of customizable templates to choose from.
When I do choose one, I can't customize it to my preferences.
When I finally put something basic together and click on "finish," the "creating your site... almost there" notification circles for hours without completing the task. And I finally close down the link and everything I've done is lost. I have wasted literally hours--MANY Hours--trying to make it work and it doesn't.
Confused about the relation between Bluehost and Wordpress. Can you create a website on Bluehost without Wordpress?

I have designed my page twice now and it will not display. I've called and have held for hours. No support
I have been in the process of migrating a website to Bluehost for 3 weeks now. I kept being told to wait for another 24-48 hrs for things to process (maybe 4 different times) and at one point they even said that I need to wait 5-7 days. I had to push support to take my case seriously and finally, they escalated my case. I received an email on a Friday to check that the correct content was being migrated on a temp domain. I checked and it was all good. I emailed back to confirm the content and complete the migration that following Monday. Nothing happened within 48 hrs so I confirmed again on Wednesday. Still, nothing happened so I called on Thursday to ask what was going on, and support told me the migration team was wondering why I wasn't replying to their email to confirm the site (which I did twice). So I sent 3 other emails that day to confirm the site and hopefully have the site migrated. I was told to wait for 24 hrs. Here were are 24 hrs later and I wake up to an email saying the site is successfully migrated. I check the site that was migrated and it is the COMPLETELY WRONG site! Now I have called again to explain all this to support AGAIN and I'm told to wait until Monday for the migration team...
I'm extremely disappointed with this entire process with Bluehost. I wouldn't recommend this hosting to anyone.
I find it so challenging to set up my site... especially themes etc
Signing up was easy, wish there were more tutorials readily available on the site, had to go to youtube to really learn the ins and outs of website creation.
It's been great. I wish i was more computer savvy.
Not easy to navigate. Templates from themes aren't working. Super frustrating having to do everything by hand when purchased themes.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
