I am totally lost with app. I have used other sites, in the past, and never had the trouble I am having here. It is very difficult to navigate and the "help" is extremely confusing. Maybe I've chosen an app that is too "advanced" for my needs. I just know that I'll be cancelling this. I need something that I can do myself, easily. I'm not prepared to spend any more money.
This is the most frustrating, time-wasting and impenetrable UI I've ever had to use. I can't make changes to the page, I can't change the desktop version without wrecking the mobile version, there's no way to remove items I don't want or add elements I do want. I can't change the fonts, color or position of the text, I can't arrange elements' position on the page and the preview function is a joke. Yesterday was a waste of time, and today's not looking any better, while I've got a deadline to create a butt-simple web page that would take an hour on any sensible page builder. I am so sorry I'm stuck with this ridiculous system.

I was going to start a blog, had signed up and was ready to go. As it happened, other circumstances interrupted my plans, I had to cancel. I called and was given a refund. The person who assisted me was courteous and completely helpful.
Laborious experience in the extreme is a gross understatement of wordpress difficulty. Way, way too much time spent on wordpress. Not pleasant and sure not fun in any way. And, so far, no usable or likeable results.
The sign up process and the first part of setting up my WP site works very well. Of course, the learning curve on WP is a little steep at first, but I think this will be a good choice.
It's generally fine, but I find that site itself + the sites we access through Wordpress load much slower here.
