I am having trouble designing my site. I keep ending up in word press.org, and I used to have an account with them, but the site that I have through bluehost is showing up there, and I don't know which of my logins works or how to design the page the way I want it to look. I just need to mess around with it more I guess, but it's confusing why WP.org is my workstation and also confusing why my domain name is not the url for the site! It's a temp site with a bunch of random letters and numbers.
I feel like I can't seem to get my website to load correctly, so I'm going to cancel paying for this

It's a bit unclear what the steps are for migrating... It would be VERY helpful to have those steps outlined on the migration page and then on each email we get. You are at Step 2... do this, the next step is Step 3. I have not received an email telling me what the steps are for DNS changes to make my site live, not sure if I'm supposed to wait or do something.

For all your promises of ease and point-and-click website production, the reality is this is the second time I have attempted to set up a website. I became so frustrated with my inability to accomplish even the simplest setup, I abandoned it after several months. Dammit, Jim, I'm an artist, not an IT guy! Your hosting is supreme, but I'm really frustrated with just getting the damn site up.
I'm new to bluehost. The site has been super slow. The support people were unable to resolve the problem but it was not their fault. There's a url that comes up that shows my domain is on a temporary. When I open the site on the web, it comes up quick but when I try to navigate it I get a response that it's an unsafe connection and I might be getting hacked. So there is a serious tech issue that your support personell can't resolve. It needs and engineer to look at the issue.
Friendly and easy process on the migration of my domain
I've turned off automatic updates for plugins because a plugin bundled with the theme can only be updated with theme updates, but I continuously receive the "Some plugins have failed to update" email notification, which should have been turned off. I do not need to be reminded of something I already am aware of every 12 hours, especially not when I have TURNED THAT FEATURE OFF
This company is a disgrace. You have charged me for services I don't want. Shame on you.
