Started with the bluehost website builder but ran into issues, and was then advised by bluehost support that it had issues and it would be better to use the WP builder. Have issues now trying to changing from bluehost builder / themes, so not a great start for a novice.
Great its just logging me and locking me out for 5 minutes a lot due to failed login attempts when I havent even tried and failed once. Kind of frustrating.

Initially, I want to be able to change my initial plan to the Choice Plan instead of the Basic Plan. Not able to see or change when I click on My Sites. I also wanted to restart the website or page started. I see no way to delete and retry. I may just need to cancel my account and restart it, if that is the easiest way. After all, the questions and issues I had at first, I eventually just started a new account. There has to be a better way to get from point A to point B and if there is a mistake made along the way, a back button or an undo button should be acceccible, at least during the set up stages.

I have tried various times to update my billing info and contact info, but I always get the same message: "Sorry, we couldn't update your billing info at this time. Please try again later". You still keep sending me reminders to update, so what do I do then?
I'm excited and open to learning so I've been watching a lot of videos about bluehost and it seems that you guys have everything set up to where I can be successful so thank you.
I didn't want WordPress, and you just threw it at me. Then you wouldn't let me take my website away from WordPress. Now I have to spend a bunch of time and effort in order to get my website off that, thank you so much.

My installation failed on account completion and now i can't access the website builder.
I hate this. I am completely lost and don't know what to do or how to make this work. Horrible, frustrating experience.
Cannot access any ability to change and save changes as if this whole expense is a facade. NOT USER FRIENDLY OR INTUITIVE. Time wasting is an A+ though!
