There's a lot of flashing 'Get this now' icons, and it's a little overwhelming. I have some experience with WP, but the addition of the a number of plugins by default is pretty confusing. A lot to manage off the start.

Account login to backend logs me in as a different users. All techs can't seem to resolve my issue. Been on a call with 3 different techs and going in circles.
I tried to purchase a domain name with the hosting package and it didn't work, contacted customer support via chat, and they solved the issue within 30 minutes. Now, however, I can't change my primary domain to the new 1 i have just purchased without again contacting customer support. Very clunky and unclear how to make these edits without contacting customer service which takes up at least 30 minutes.

I have had a lot of issues migrating a wordpress website into bluehost. This should be a fairly simple process, but there are no clear instructions.
I have called customer support numerous times and have been kept on hold for almost two hours, with no answer each time. I had tried to figure out the issue via chat, but the support techs have been unable to help me. There is no 24/7 support.
When I have finally successfully reached a support tech via phone, I have been told that I need to call wordpress to figure out the issue. This has been such a difficult and problematic process from the get go.
Nothing works. I have been on this 24 hours and talked to customer support that said the issue was from your site and it will be fixed in 2 hours.
