Honestly, the setup has been really frustrating. I purchased a domain with my hosting and my account was started with a temporary domain. Now the temp domain is everywhere every time I try to set things up with other websites and I don't know how to untangle it. I'm very frustrated.
I have bought a domain www.beautyattheburroe.co.uk from google but whenever I log in here, I only have the option to update http://box5243.temp.domains/~eautybi9, i have waited on your chat help thing for hours to try and work out how to change it but have had no answer. I have never created a website before and have no idea what i am doing and at this point i am just about ready to give up.
My page wont load like it previews in wordpress. It seems like a dns thing, or its jsut ignoring all the css. I dont know. Cant get any help either

I am at such a loss I have done blue host and cannot get word press to work. This is not as user friendly as you say

I purchased a domain that was somehow already in use, got a temporary domain that caused a support specialist to create a second website, that website was missing the plugins I purchased. So after contacting support again, the specialist said it would likely be 24-48 hours before my plugins (and second website) issue could be resolved. A lot of errors within a short time of trying to use Bluehost.
Support has been fast and incredibly helpful, my site has been great and easy to edit with word press, overall great first experience with building a website.
