Really disappointed with the services provided by Bluehost. I came from Hostgator shared servers to Bluehost. I thought your hosting would be better but the server can't handle a demo import and it's lacking in performance seriously.

Bluehost used to be my favorite host because of the customer service. Now, something has changed in the last 3 months because the wait time for help is unbelievable and even most recently my website was broken at the hands of "customer service." now I have to wait in line again to have someone fix what they broke.
Very difficult to setup. Non-intuitive design and the edits are not working and causing error messages.
