The DNS to my domain hasn't worked from the start. I am muddling through on my own trying to get my site to show up when I type in my domain address.
It's all really clear and easy to work with. I contacted support with one query - they were great, and also let me know that I could set up a free email address for my domain (unrelated to my query but very useful)!
