My main domain was created wrong and am having a bit of difficulty changing it
BLUE HOST will continue to charge you even when you opt out of their services, even after you speak to agents telling you that you're good and the auto renewal won't occur it will keep happening and when you attempt to remove your card information from your profile it does not reflect, when you attempt to call them they hang up on you, when your cards decline they will pull the money directly from your account…they will add additional services on your account that you did not sign up for either, just don't bother with BlueHost!
I've tried calling and chatting several times because the settings for Google Workspace won't work. I sat on hold for so long with both that I gave up.
The Wordpress session expires regularly and I found no quicker way to re-access than to access bluest first and then log in to Wordpress. If I try to log in when it says the session is expired, Wordpress would not accept my password. I would really like to solve this.

Overall it's good, however it's been two days since I've been able to view my website, due to many errors coming up such as SSL certificate error, secure connection error, etc. Just got done talking with Customer Service Chat & told me it's a Bluehost Security Team problem with SSL. I understand things happen, but it'll be great if you guys notify customers.

I waited to get on the phone with an agent who was great and sent me a link to reset my password so that I might change the preferred email on my account.
Now that I am here, I can't change the email, and I am again on hold waiting for your chat and on the phone support to respond.
I've had problems with WordPress on organizing my site...
I gave 4 because to someone that knows what they're doing it's probably super simple, it seems pretty self-explanatory; i just don't know what any of it means. This is my 1st time having ANYTHING to do with building a website or owning a domain.

I'm a new customer trying to get the status of a wordpress migration from another hosting company to BlueHost. It is talking forever to get a response through your tech support chat.
This is a nightmare. What happened to bluehost in the last three years? I am spinning my wheels on basic stuff like site launch. Can't get the "coming soon" to go away. Have had terrible time logging in. When I let bluehost install wordpress, it install all kinds of other stuff too (plugins). Bluehost plugin is confusing. I just want to launch a basic wordpress. How is this so difficult?

I signed up for hosting with Bluehost and thought I would get access to WordPress.org, but when I try to log into WordPress, it says I need to put in my WordPress id and password, which apparently I do not have. This is very frustrating!
