My ignorance isn't bliss in this experience, (some key board experience is minimal ")), overall it's simplicity is wonderful! My eighth grade public school child has been able to set it up with ease thus far.
I was charged for a product I did not want. Customer service pretty much just said "too bad". They were absolutely no help, now I have to contact my credit card company to resolve the issue.
