Created an accoutn through Google domains. Came back that day and Bluehost acted like it had never seen me before. Email wasn't recognized, no ability to log in manually, nothing. Had to chat with customer service.

The site has not been user-friendly. For someone new to website hosting, I am unsure how to utilize the pages. First, my premium theme wouldn't work until I spoke with chat. Now, It says my SSL Certificate has an error and I cannot get to my page.

I tried to use and existing domain and I can't because I need a "UPP" and I don't know how to get it. I tried calling and got a message to enter a 6 digit number but I don't know where I was supposed to enter it. Seeing as how I was on the phone so I'm back to square one.
I have only had Bluehost for about a month and only been able to logon once. Every time I log on, I'm met with ads and requests to upgrade when I already paid a promotional price to have something basic like an SSL certificate included. Based on my experience so far, I would not recommend Bluehost for hosting a website. I can't even build my website without being solicited to upgrade and without having to go through a lot of hoops just to access my site (which I can't even do right now). Customer service is overwhelmed...with wait times well over 10 minutes.
