Absolutely awful customer service, and nickle and diming you every step of the way. I have never been more upset or disappointed in a company.

Prices are great. Interface is easy enough to navigate. The convenience of being able to use WordPress seamlessly with Bluehost was the major thing I needed, but there too many error messages/bugs. Often when I save or update anything it takes 24 hours to look at my current changes and I am bombarded with upgrade and add-on offers.

I'm still a new Bluehost user, so far I give 4 stars while studying all the features available. Later, maybe I will come back again to provide an update on the review.

Multiple tries and cant get website up. Help desk takes hours to get minor amounts of help.

I am finding it very hard to create a simple website. I have spent over half a day just trying to get a single page up. I have also tried to contact support and can't get through.

My website has been down for over a week to date, I contacted the customer support 10+ times, they always argue that the matter has been escalated to a higher support team that will respond in further 24-72 hours. Also, back-up data are apparently stored in the same servers as the production data, which is the most incompetent move ever. I have never seen such a poor service.

Competitive rates in comparison to others offering similar services. I am satisfied with everything so far and everything performs as I was told it would. Bluehost has a great reputation for being the go to hosting site. And another big positive is there compatibility with WordPress. The dynamic has made my experience starting my own blog from scratch virtually painless. Thanks bluehost!

I'm familiar with bluehost so initial setup was as expected. I'm only giving 4 stars due to new users may not understand how to apply themes or that email hosting is additional, etc.

I can't figure out how to set up my website and everything I click on is another ad to pay for things I don't think I need. I asked for someone to help, and they called during work, so I asked them to call back during my lunch break but they never did.

It's my first time ever doing this, and I am not very tech-savvy, so it works! I can figure things out very easily. Thank U.

Finding it hard to log directly into WordPress. Think this is more of a WordPress issue.

Just started, I hope this will be all I need to do and I'll start seeing some results, because I could not progress quickly enough to see my efforts and my own work developing.

Your site is misleading and i am regretting that i spent any money here.

Unfortunately, it took me 3 days to purchase my plan. For whatever reason, the system wouldn't let me use Chrome. Luckily, the support person on the phone suggested I try a different browser. It worked, which is great -- but that was not a good sign from the start. I'm hoping just unlucky and not indicative of tech challenges to come.

Need to contact my hosting account at A2 Hosting. I host there through Wordpress.org not Wordpress.com and I need to also transfer from A2 Hosting not just Wordpress.org.
