Setting up a domain and WordPress site was quick and easy. So far I've been impressed by the amount of customization available with my plan, and I appreciate that Bluehost took some steps to make my journey easier (such as having some plugins ready to go).
Sanjay is absolutely awful. He has no idea what he's doing, and takes 5 to 10 minutes to answer each question. Then, when you walk away for 1 minute, he hangs-up.
THe chat team cuts off and leaves before asking if I need more help
Outstanding tech support, easy to reach and fast problem resolution! So far I am very impressed with the server speed and upload/download speeds. I like the ability to manage my hosting through cPanel and the Bluehost interface.
