I just set up my new domain through blue host using the WordPress software. Unfortunately now I am unable to access my domain through wordpress due to a SSL issue. I have no experience with SSL configuration so am not sure how to resolve this issue.

I tried setting up my free domain and I can't do it. 1st year is suppose to be free with my package.

Response rate is very slow. Agents giving different solutions. It seems they do not know how resolve technical issues, and follow a manual without really understanding the issue. Agents give conflicting messages. It took me from 9:30am to 5:30 to set emails and I still have issues
I have been calling them since morning and whenever i call them they tell me to wait for a while( they say that we are checking the issue) and after that they are not responding to me. Now this is 4th time in a row and everyone of them is doing the same thing saying that we are checking the issue and then after 10 or 15 minutes they are disconnecting the call.
Every time I try to access tools to get my website done they want to charge me for everything.

How can you promote a free domain name when there is no free domain offered and you put a price on it even if's available!? I bought it elsewhere for cheaper too.don't do that people know

Hard to use and start the website. Wix was much easier to use.
The signup process was confusing and i ended up with a domain name i didn't want. I was supposedly given another domain name but havent tried yet so cannot comment. And just today there is an issue with the login.
Not east to use, not user friendly. Cannot figure out how to start my website.
Very hard to navigate, my domain name that i entered did not work so i apparently have a computer generated one.
The layout is a little difficult for beginners. I'll give it some more time, but if it's going to be this complicated I may try another option.
I came to blue host on an introductory offer, which included a domain for free. I selected my domain of choice and paid, but then when I created my account and accessed it, it didn't show the domain I had chosen. I had to purchase the domain for 2 years for an additional $50+. I contacted support to try and resolve this issue, but was just told that "refunds can not be issued on domains". If that is the case, then please fix the introductory offer so it doesn't state something that isn't true.
So far it's good. I used your chat and I don't know if they helped or not but it's nice to have some support.
