Your new user account experience is very frustrating. I logged in and was trying to set up my email, instead it kept showing me Create New WEbsite landing page. I had to be on customer service to understand where to go and create my email because I couldn't see the left navigation nor I could logout.
I am sitting at my laptop screen for the last 7 days & didn't sleep because my all 9 websites are down with 1 Online store. This is my 37th chat session started with your so-called chat support team. Mr. Srikanth is there with me now for chat & still saying the copy-pasted answers "I really understand your concern, I will make sure that the issue will be fixed" lol
I am extremely dissatisfied with Bluehost. My all websites have been down for over a week and despite contacting their support, no one has taken action to resolve the issue. Their service is pathetic and I would never recommend them to anyone. Huh

The site is pretty bad. I am being nice with the 2 star review. This is not an intuitive site, too much marketing listed on the site after I purchased the domain. Once I purchase it should be simple to create the site and then start hosting. I am still trying to finish creating the site, which is very hard, and I am dreading trying to put it up to host

Still figuring out how to transfer my hosting to bluehost from siteground. Struggling to change nameservers.
No body responding to chat and sometimes it is not starting.

I renewed and tried everything it is still not allowing me to log onto my site
If I stay logged into Bluehost, it logs me out and when I try to log back in it tells me I have too many failed attempts. I just had to reset my password to get in. Frustrating.
Customer service took 5 days to fix the issue but they did their best, and we had to be real patient on both sides
Initial Login took me to a screen to choose from more free themes. I clicked paid themes to explore those options and was never able to go back to the original. On top of that I thought the wordpress customizer would be more user friendly when its not.
